Job at a Glance:

• The Construction Coordinator is responsible for job creation workflow and milestone management of construction projects, as well as administrative quality control of jobs.
• This role supports multiple construction and large-scale projects and requires strong attention to detail, with significant time spent in the field.

Location: 336 Post Office Road Waldorf Maryland 20602 United States
Pay Rate: $33/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Duration of Contract: Rolling contract with extension/conversion possibility
Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee fiber optic construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure all project milestones are met, and that work is completed according to specifications.
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Track project expenses and manage budgets effectively.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Required Skills:

• Proven cable construction experience
• 3+ years coordinating construction/telecommunications projects
