Band Saw/Industrial Equipment Operator - First/Second Shifts - NW

Welcome to an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Band Saw/Industrial Equipment Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing orders and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. There is an opening on both first and second shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fulfill customer orders utilizing assorted tools such as saws and hydraulic shears.
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Operate the forklift skillfully to ensure safe and effective movement of warehouse items.
• Efficiently handle the receiving, sorting, and storing of incoming shipments.
• Expertly loading materials onto delivery trucks to support timely deliveries.
• Maintain precise inventory records and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.
• Participate in equipment maintenance activities to sustain operational effectiveness.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to facilitate smooth access to goods.
• Company provides online and hands on practical training.
• Readily assist the team with any additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Band Saw operation
• Must have the ability to safely operate overhead crane, tow motor, and forklift
• Must not be color blindness as material is color coded
• Must have steel toed boots; company provides all other PPE
• Must have basic math skills, knowledge of decimals and fractions, and can accurately read a tape measure, micrometers, and calipers
• Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Stable employment history with a record of good attendance
