Reach Forklift Operator

The Reach Forklift Operator plays a crucial role in managing the safe and efficient movement of heavy goods, pallets, crates, raw materials, and finished products within our warehouse. Reporting directly to a supervisor, the operator works closely with a team to ensure smooth inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes while maintaining high standards of safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach forklift to move heavy goods, pallets, and crates safely and efficiently
• Handle loading and unloading of materials in shipping and receiving
• Manage accurate inventory tracking and organization
• Maintain compliance with warehouse safety protocols
• Support team members to ensure coordinated warehouse operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in forklift operation
• Valid Forklift Operator Certification
• Knowledge of forklift operation and basic maintenance
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures
• Strong inventory management skills
• Teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and time management skills
