We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) for a 13-week contract assignment in a specialized Behavioral Health Day Treatment program. The dietitian will provide nutrition care to adolescents, adults, seniors, postpartum patients, and individuals with eating disorders in PHP and IOP programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with behavioral health and eating disorder populations and will work closely with physicians, therapists, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.


Assignment Details:

  • Specialized Behavioral Health Day Treatment program serving PHP and IOP patients
  • Patient population includes adolescents, adults, seniors, postpartum patients, and individuals with eating disorders
  • Floating may be required based on facility needs
  • First-time travelers may be considered based on relevant experience


Must Haves:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent Dietitian experience
  • Experience in behavioral health and/or eating disorder settings preferred
  • Experience conducting nutrition assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Experience providing nutrition education and meal support
  • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills
  • Willingness to float if required


Patient Diagnoses Include:

  • Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, ARFID, and OSFED
  • Depression, anxiety, and mood disorders
  • Bipolar disorder
  • OCD and trauma-related disorders
  • Substance use disorders
  • Co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions


Certifications Required:

  • Current RD/RDN Certification
