- 3-4 Years Prior Escrow Officer Experience
- Must have knowledge of RBJ Software (evolution) preferred.
- Team Player With a Positive Attitude
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Must be able to Open, Manage, Balance and Close Escrow files.
- Prepare escrow instructions
- Review purchase contracts
- Communicate clearly with buyers, sellers, agents and lenders.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail, math accuracy organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Notary Public commission a plus
- Bilingual a plus
