Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are hiring a hardworking and reliable Concrete Laborer to join our team for projects in Harrison, OH, and surrounding areas. You will work alongside our concrete foreman and crew, supporting site preparation, pouring, and finishing work on both residential and commercial job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Preparation: Set up forms, grade subgrade, lay mesh/rebar, and clear debris to prepare sites for pours.
• Pouring & Finishing Support: Assist with spreading, raking, leveling, and finishing concrete across flatwork, foundations, and footings.
• Equipment Operation: Safely use hand and power tools, including trowels, vibrators, power screen-boards, and saws.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials, aggregates, and equipment around active job sites.
• Site Maintenance: Clean up tools, equipment, and job sites at the end of each workday to maintain safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in concrete work or heavy construction preferred, but reliable workers willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a team-player attitude.
• Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to get to job sites daily (no company vehicle provided).

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 / hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Full-time, regular day shifts
