- Pay: $17.00–$19.50/hr
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available

Kelly is hiring Machine Operators for Clampco Products in Wadsworth, OH. Opportunities are available in the Press Room, Hand Welding, and Robotic Welding departments.
No experience? This is a great opportunity to start building valuable manufacturing skills. Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply, with pay based on shift and experience.
Shift & Pay Options
• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM | $17.00–$19.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM | $18.00–$19.50/hr
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $17.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $18.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $18.50/hr
What You'll Do
• Operate production machinery and equipment
• Perform press room, hand welding, or robotic welding operations depending on assignment
• Load and remove parts from production equipment
• Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements
• Use foot pedals and machine controls as required
• Handle parts and bins weighing approximately 30–50 lbs. as needed
• Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
• No High School Diploma or GED required
• Entry-level and experienced candidates encouraged to apply
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus
• Ability to perform repetitive physical production work
