ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – HENDERSONVILLE, TN

EXPERIENCED ASSISTANT TECH NEEDED – START ASAP!

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Hendersonville, TN. We need someone who can hit the ground running and support the maintenance team immediately.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience REQUIRED
• Experience with work orders and apartment make-readies
• Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
• HVAC experience or certification is a strong plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced property environment
• Must be available to start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily apartment maintenance and repairs
• Complete work orders and make-ready turns
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Help maintain vacant units, common areas, and property grounds
• Support the Lead Maintenance Technician and property management team
• Provide timely and professional service to residents
