Electrician Helpers - Merritt Island, FL

Proman Skilled Trades is hiring reliable Electrician Helpers for a 1-month hospital construction project in Merritt Island, FL.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Start Time 7am
Project Duration: Approximately 1 Month

Electrician Helpers will be working on a hospital construction site assisting electricians with both underground and overhead installations, including work on upper levels of the facility. This position is responsible for supporting electrical crews with installation activities, material handling, and maintaining a safe and productive job site.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with installing conduit, cable trays, and electrical systems
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment throughout the job site
• Assist with pulling wire and large cable installations
• Measure, cut, and prepare conduit and other materials as directed
• Help install electrical devices, fixtures, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all site-specific safety requirements and procedures
• Perform general construction and labor tasks as needed to support the electrical crew

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrician Helper or construction laborer preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical construction tools and materials
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in various environments, including elevated work areas
• Reliable transportation
• Must have basic hand tools
