Residential Electrician, New Construction
$23.00 per hour and up. Steady work. Clear expectations. Room to advance.
If you know residential new construction, can read plans, work independently or with a crew, and know how to keep a job moving, this role is worth your time. Fusion Development is organized, production focused, and built to keep the work simple.
What You Get
· $23.00 per hour and up, based on skill, experience, and output
· Quarterly bonuses paid from company profit. These typically add 10% or more to annual base pay.
· We pay 90% of your health insurance premium
· Paid time off and paid holidays begin after nine months and increase with tenure
· 40 hour weeks are the norm. Overtime is available but rarely mandatory.
· Steady, year round new construction work
· Flexibility when the work is covered and the crew is producing
· Materials, equipment, and specialty tools provided. You bring hand tools.
The Work
· Residential new construction wiring for homes and townhomes
· Rough ins, trims, and undergrounds
· Reading plans and planning ahead
· Clean, organized installs completed at a steady production pace
· Solving problems in the field and keeping the job moving

How Our Jobs Run
· You report directly to the jobsite
· Crews generally start between 7:00 and 9:00 and finish between 3:00 and 5:00
· We work the I 79 corridor from Cranberry to Washington
· Materials and plans are ready before the job starts
· We solve problems and keep the job moving
· Crews help each other and move together
