A very nice and well-established boutique law firm in Boca Raton, Florida, focused exclusively on Family Law, is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its practice. This is a fully on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity for a FL Bar Attorney who is comfortable managing their own caseload and working directly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Position Details

Responsibilities
- Manage a full and fairly heavy Family Law caseload from start to finish
- Work directly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and other proceedings
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Manage deadlines and ensure cases progress efficiently
- Provide professional, responsive, and client-focused representation
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Florida Family Law experience
- Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Ability to independently manage a Family Law caseload
- Strong communication, organizational, and legal writing skills
- Comfortable working in a fully on-site boutique law firm
- Must be able to provide professional employer references
