Real Estate Sign Installer

The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is eager to learn, likes to work outside and not behind a desk, and is interested in learning about the signage/branding industry.

In addition to our branding segment, we design, produce and install real estate signage for residential and commercial agents. We are in need of another team member to join this segment and install & remove these real estate signs. We provide the use of a company vehicle and all the necessary tools.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently install all types of real estate signage
• Accurately read and interpret installation surveys
• Properly load and secure all signage
• Properly complete and maintain vehicle logs
• Properly maintain installation equipment (hand tools, pole pounders, etc.)
• Review work order prior to leaving the shop to ensure all tools and hardware needed for job are present and ready for use
• Always use personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary for installation activity
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Installation experience preferred but not required
• Ability to install signage in all safe weather conditions
• Capable of using ladders and comfortable with heights
• Driver’s license with a clean record (no CDL is required)
