Flexographic Press Operator

Job description: Flexographic Press Operator

• Experienced Flexographic pressman needed.
• Set up press and operate press according to job tickets.
• Follow the production schedule.
• Mark Andy / Webtron experience needed.
• Set up and operate a Mark Andy 2200 / Webtron 750 - up to 8 colors.
• Gathering materials if necessary for production jobs. Plates, Tooling, materials, ink, etc...
• Mount printing plates and register on press. Maintain a water based ink system with a UV coating.
• Be able to run and understand 4 color process as well as multi color line work.
• Be able to match colors to a PMS book.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the press.
• Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Looking for a reliable and dependable employee.
• Must have a can do attitude.
• Be able to run efficient high quality work in a timely manner.
• Day shift position Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays.
