Location: Waukegan, IL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Position Summary

Our client is seeking dependable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This position focuses primarily on assembling electrical wires and cables by attaching terminals, connectors, and other components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with small parts, and able to perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wires and cables according to work instructions and specifications.
• Attach and install terminals, connectors, and other electrical components.
• Strip and prepare wires for terminal and connector installation.
• Use hand tools and production equipment to properly secure terminals and components.
• Perform crimping and other assembly processes as required.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure terminals and connectors are properly installed and secure.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable working with small parts and electrical components.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic hand-tool experience is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
