Digital Die Cutter

Job description: The Digital Cutter Operator primary daily function is to set up and operate a digital die cutter machine. To produce items consistent with customer specifications and quality. L&N is looking for a motivated individual willing to grow and learn with our company. Positive attitude and dependability a must.

• Set up / Operate cutter
• Properly load flex dies into the machine.
• Obtain approval before cutting from supervisor.
• Maintain waste levels within set parameters.
• Maintain a clean safe work station.
• Reading a ruler / Mechanical skills and computer skills necessary.
• Turning a screwdriver and general maintenance.
• Verbal communication skills necessary.
• Excellent time management.
• Detail oriented / Initiative / Organizational skills / Problem solving.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of machine experience preferred.
• Day shift Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm. / Overtime if needed
• Ability to lift 40 to 50 lbs at times also be able to stand for most of your shift.
