About the Position
As a REHABNEEDS Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of diagnoses, injuries, and age groups while developing individualized plans of care designed to improve mobility, independence, function, and quality of life.
You'll work alongside a supportive clinical team focused on excellent patient outcomes while having the independence to use your professional judgment and clinical skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy
- Develop individualized Plans of Care
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy and rehabilitation services
- Complete evaluation, progress, and treatment documentation through our EMR
- Maintain a treatment schedule appropriate to the needs of the clinic and patients
- Collaborate with clinicians and clinic team members
- Participate in clinic meetings as needed
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Maryland or Virginia Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Outpatient or home health experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Compensation
Full-Time: $100,000–$170,000+ per year
Flexible / PRN: $600–$1,200 per day
