$18–$22/hour based on experience | Full-Time | Overtime Opportunities
SERVPRO of Greensboro North is looking for a dependable, hardworking Restoration Technician to join our growing team. If you're someone who likes working with your hands, solving problems, helping people, and wants a career with room to grow, we'd like to hear from you.
Restoration experience is a plus — but it's NOT required. We will train the right person.

What You'll Do:
As a Restoration Technician, you'll respond to homes and businesses experiencing water damage and help get them back to normal.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to emergency water damage calls
- Inspecting and assessing affected areas
- Setting and monitoring drying equipment
- Extracting standing water
- Removing damaged materials when necessary
- Performing demolition and cleanup
- Moving equipment and materials
- Taking photos and documenting work
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Working closely with Project Managers and other technicians
- Following safety procedures and restoration standards
- Maintaining equipment and keeping vehicles/work areas clean
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is:
- Dependable and shows up ready to work
- Comfortable working in homes, businesses, crawlspaces, attics, and other job-site environments
- Able to lift equipment and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and respectful with customers
- A good communicator and team player
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Able to work overtime when needed
- Able to respond to emergency situations when scheduled for on-call
Experience in construction, demolition, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, handyman work, moving, or other hands-on trades is a BIG plus.
A valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
