1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00
What You'll Do:
- Assemble products using drawings and written instructions
- Operate hand and power tools (riveters, presses, testers, air tools, etc.)
- Set up jobs and make adjustments to support production
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Document production activity and communicate any issues
- Support teammates and assist with training as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency
What You Bring:
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a hands-on production environment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions or basic drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for most of your shift
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
