Job Description
Gosnell Builders, a well-established and well-versed construction company located in the Deep Creek Lake area, is seeking to hire multiple candidates for multiple positions.
Gosnell Builders performs various types of construction, such as commercial, residential and land development. Commercial work consists of retail, medical, institutional and government projects. Our residential projects include high end custom homes, speculative homes, development work and our own design-build programs.
The ideal candidates will be highly motivated, possess a great work ethic, have a passion for building, understand how important punctuality is, and be looking for a long-term career opportunity. All employees must possess a valid OSHA 10 card. Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain this immediately upon hire. Training course will be provided by the Company.
Carpenters:
- Must have at least 5 years of verifiable experience (multi-trade experience is acceptable) performing high-quality work. Knowledge of all phases of building construction is a plus.
- Must work well within a team environment and be respectful of all other company personnel.
- A moderate level of familiarity with various types of framing practices, siding materials and finishes, interior cabinetry and millwork, deck building, foundations, and various roofing materials, and a basic understanding of MEP trades is highly desirable.
- All of our employees must possess an OSHA 10 card, or be willing to complete the company provided training course immediately upon hire to obtain one.
Carpenter Assistants:
- These individuals need to have a good understanding of the building process, a strong work ethic, be punctual and be driven and able to learn.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred for safety reasons but not required for the right candidate. Must possess or be able to obtain an OSHA 10 card immediately upon hire. Training course will be provided by the company.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift (7AM—3:30PM).

- High school or equivalent (preferred).
