Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install residential and commercial HVAC systems
Perform service calls from initial customer interaction through project completion
Present repair and replacement options professionally and honestly
Complete accurate service documentation and job notes
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Noble Plumbing, Heating & Cooling with pride
Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and respect in every customer interaction
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
Our technicians are professionals in every sense of the word. Customers should feel confident in the quality of our work, communication, appearance, and conduct from the moment we arrive until the job is complete.



What we offer:

1) Depending on experience you should expect to earn between $100,000 and $200,000 a year

2) Company paid healthcare, dental, and vision. We also pay $25,000 in life insurance.

3) 15 PTO days and 7 company holidays

5) Stocked and ready service van

6) Phone Reimbursement

7) Company tools, clothing, etc.

8) Work with some of the best and brightest plumbers and apprentices in the trade

Here is what we'd need from you:

1) Current Washington State Plumber's License or nearing ready to test.

2) Ability and experience to drive an assigned work van.

3) Experienced conducting service plumbing (greet, explore, diagnose, quote, repair, follow up). Ideally experience with the Service Titan platform.

4) Live within a reasonable driving distance to the Highway 90 corridor.

5) Clean driving record (no DUIs) and personal references
