Job Title: Travel Liner Installer
Location: Nationwide Travel
Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Role Overview
The Travel Liner Installer is a full-time, traveling field position responsible for installing PVC membrane liners on commercial pool renovation projects across the United States. This is a hands-on, team-based role.
This position involves year-round employment with periods of intensive travel based on project schedules. Installers work as part of a crew to deliver high-quality, safe, and professional installations at customer facilities nationwide.
Travel & Compensation Transparency
- 100% travel position (nationwide)
- All required travel is paid for by the company, including:
- Private hotel rooms (no room sharing)
- Daily per diem for meals

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This is a physically demanding construction role. Candidates must be able to:
- Lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Work on feet for extended periods
- Kneel, bend, reach, and climb ladders
- Work in hot, humid, outdoor, or confined environments
- Work safely around water, chemicals, tools, and construction equipment
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work respectfully and effectively as part of a crew
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Construction, roofing, welding, fabrication, or skilled trades experience
- Prior traveling crew or multi-site job experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Forklift or equipment operation experience
- Pool industry experience (a plus, not required)
