– Golfers, tennis, and pickleball players
– CrossFit and strength athletes
– Active adults who want to maintain an active lifestyle for decades

What You Will Do
– Perform comprehensive movement and orthopedic evaluations

– Identify mobility, strength, and movement asymmetries
– Educate patients to build long-term healthy habits
– Collaborate with our team to provide an exceptional patient experience

What We Are Looking For
– Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
– Ohio Physical Therapy License

– Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team culture

Why Bridge Rehab and Performance
We believe physical therapy should help people return to what they love stronger than before, and be
proactive in promoting longevity.
Instead of treating patients for 10 to 15 rushed minutes, we spend quality one-on-one time
identifying the root cause of movement limitations and creating personalized treatment plans that
keep people doing what they love. Our care follows three phases: ease pain, move better, adventure
more.
If you are looking for a clinic where you can truly practice your craft, continue developing as a
clinician, and be part of a growing company with opportunities for advancement, we would love to
meet you.

Interested?
Fill out the application form and we will be in touch shortly.

Thanks!
