Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing team during a high-volume hiring period. This role will be responsible coordinating candidates for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Schedule interview debriefs with hiring managers to gather and relay concise feedback
• Create and post job descriptions across various platforms.
• Schedule interviews.
• Provide weekly updates and reporting on recruiting metrics and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of supporting a Talent Acquisition team, preferably in a fast-paced or high- tech environment.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions at once.
