Sheetrock repair
Minor electrical
CPO Pool certified
Carpentry
Water Heater Experience
Must be able to work on equipment on the roof
Must be a self starter who communicates well
There may be some emergency calls outside of office hours that would require returning to the property.
There is a 32 hour work week.
Background and drug screen mandatory.
