Job Description

We are hiring compassionate, dependable Floater Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care across Wright County. Travel to various client homes to assist individuals with daily living activities, helping them remain safe and independent. Responsibilities:

​Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility) ​Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation, errands and grocery shopping Providing respectful companionship and safety.


​Qualifications & Requirements:

​Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance to travel between local client homes

​Ability to pass a mandatory background screening

​Complete MN Department of Health PCA test/certification

​Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic
