Performance Objectives- Prepare, review, and draft a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide actionable insights for attorneys.
- Maintain and organize case files efficiently, guaranteeing that all documents are accessible and up-to-date for client meetings and court proceedings.
- Coordinate and manage schedules for hearings, depositions, and client meetings, optimizing the productivity of legal teams.
- Support attorneys during trial preparation and proceedings by facilitating communication and managing case-related contingencies.
- Interface directly with clients, maintaining a high standard of service that aligns with J&G's reputational excellence in client relations.

Essential Qualifications- Proven experience as a paralegal in litigation settings, with a minimum of 3 years in practice.
- Strong proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with lawyers and clients.
- A paralegal certification or equivalent educational qualification is preferred.
