The Challenge

Your Impact

• Lead the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.
• Work closely with partners across disciplines to refine requirements and specifications.
• Apply simulations and analyses to confirm performance and mitigate risk.
• Author complete design documentation—reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Drive schedules, track deliverables, and meet key milestones.
• Diagnose issues in existing products and recommend durable fixes.
• Continuously scan the industry for advances that improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related area.
• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
• Demonstrated analytical depth and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Familiarity with manufacturing techniques and material selection.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and set priorities.
