Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time
Location: Hanover Hall Nursing and Rehab – Hanover, PA
Hanover Hall Nursing and Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist with resident screenings and treatment planning
Deliver individualized, goal-oriented care to improve function and independence
Document services and communicate resident progress with the therapy team
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active Pennsylvania COTA license or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care
Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
