Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour + Shift Differential (for hours worked after 5:00 PM)

Schedule: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM | 12-Hour Rotating Schedule

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor fiber extrusion equipment.
• Inspect products and perform in-process quality checks.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major concerns.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Clean equipment and maintain an organized work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English (walkie-talkie communication required).
• Mechanical aptitude and experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic computer and math skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
