Hotel Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functional, pleasurable, and safe. Compensation:$18 Hourly
Responsibilities:
- React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts
- Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks
- Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment
- Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
- Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
- Experience with facilities management software is preferred
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
- Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
