Role snapshot

As an intermediate-level technologist, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery while executing preventive maintenance and system improvements that keep our lines running safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical equipment
  • Work with motors, VFDs, PLC-controlled systems, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes
  • Inspect and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic components
  • Perform PMs and detailed equipment checks
  • Assist with installation, commissioning, and startup of new/upgraded assets
  • Interpret schematics, blueprints, and OEM manuals
  • Accurately record maintenance activities and parts usage
  • Adhere to safety procedures and company policies
What you bring
  • 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • Electrical proficiency from 24 VDC to 480V 3-phase
  • Mechanically adept with conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes
  • Basic PLC troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Willing and able to work overtime as needed
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Safety-first mindset and collaborative approach

Physical requirements
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
