- Patient Care and Leadership: Conduct patient evaluations, set treatment goals, and provide innovative care. Assume a leadership role within our team.

- Clinical Reporting and KPIs: Be responsible for clinical performance reports, help create and meet office Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Qualifications: Hold a valid New York state PT license, possess leadership qualities, and have a passion for growth and innovation.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
- Current and valid New York state PT license.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for various patient conditions, including those related to balance, neurological, orthopedic, and other related issues.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an autonomous environment.
- Strong passion for helping patients with a diverse range of conditions and needs.

- Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in outpatient neurological or orthopedic centers, or prior experience in rehabilitation settings.
