They're right here.What you'll have the opportunity to doBuild and grow meaningful commercial banking relationshipsDevelop new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvementPartner with business owners to understand their goals and become a trusted financial advisorStructure commercial loans and financial solutions that fit each customer's unique needsAnalyze financial statements, cash flow, and creditworthiness to make sound lending recommendationsManage and grow a high-quality commercial loan portfolioIdentify opportunities to expand relationships through deposits, treasury management, and other banking servicesWork closely with an experienced credit team that understands our markets and customersRepresent My Kind of Bank throughout the business communityHelp shape the continued growth and success of My Kind of BankWho we're looking forYou know commercial banking, but more importantly, you know people.You're comfortable developing new business, earning trust, and becoming a valued resource for business owners. You take ownership. You follow through. You care about credit quality, but you also understand there's a real person and a real business behind every financial statement.You'll likely be successful here if you:Have commercial lending, business banking, credit, or related financial experienceUnderstand commercial credit, financial statements, cash flow analysis, and loan structureEnjoy developing new business and growing relationshipsTake ownership of customer relationships and follow through on commitmentsBalance strong credit judgment with a practical understanding of business needsAre active in your community and enjoy building professional networksThrive in a relationship-focused environment where initiative and independent thinking are valuedAn established network of business relationships and a demonstrated ability to develop new business will stand out.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience may also be considered.Commercial lending, portfolio management, and business development experience are strongly preferred.
