Responsibilities:
- Lead the escrow team with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly.
- Foster strong relationships with agents and clients, providing exceptional service that encourages repeat business.
- Oversee the preparation and review of closing documents, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to resolve any issues that arise during the closing process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations, sharing insights with the team to enhance our service.
- Implement and refine processes to improve workflow and reduce errors, contributing to the team's overall success.
- Train and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers within the company.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing escrow operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients, fostering repeat business.
- Proven track record of overseeing the preparation and review of closing documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong coordination skills to effectively resolve issues with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties during the closing process.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations, with a commitment to sharing insights with the team.
