Your missionCoordinate inventory and shipping operations across our distribution center—balancing speed with accuracy so customers get exactly what they ordered, exactly when they expect it.
Core responsibilities- Receive materials using FORCE America best practice; verify and stage product.
- Ship orders in compliance with FORCE America carrier expectations.
- Safely operate a forklift to move, store, and organize inventory.
- Pick orders across the warehouse; use ladders and carts to access and transport items.
- Stock locations and maximize shelving capacity for efficient flow.
- Complete daily cycle counts with inventory count sheets; resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain ERP accuracy with timely, correct transaction entries.
- Communicate with external providers to keep material moving.
- Keep workspaces clean and orderly; jump in on other assigned tasks as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of work experience.
- Comfort reading and following written and verbal directions.
- Independent problem-solver who also collaborates well.
- Customer-first urgency with smart prioritization.
- Detail-driven and quality-obsessed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and common web tools.

- Lift 70 lbs. occasionally (~5/day), 50 lbs. frequently (~50/day), and 25 lbs. regularly, depending on tasks.
- Lift from floor to above shoulder; relocate items between areas and levels.
- Solid hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to sit or stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Push carts during order picking and shipping prep.
- Safely climb and work from ladders to store/pull product.
- Reach and extend arms in multiple directions while handling tools and materials.
