In-Office | Worland, WY, United States


Required: WY DFS Clearance, WY License, BLS. 13wks, 40hrs, Day shift.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in EHR systems.

  • Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations and treatment plans.

  • Implement prescribed exercise programs and therapeutic activities.

  • Meet individual performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based goals.

  • Adhere to regulatory and facility policies, including documentation standards.

  • Educate patients and families on home exercise strategies and safety.

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to adjust plans based on measurable results.

  • Participate in professional development activities to advance clinical skills.

  • Contribute to a high-visibility work culture by proactively sharing progress and results.

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating patient appointments and follow-ups.

  • Maintain clinical area cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness.

  • Assist in patient intake, triage, and eligibility screening for therapy services.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Recent PTA licensure or equivalent credential in the state of practice.

  • Proficiency in documenting progress in EHRs with accurate outcomes tracking.

  • Ability to assist therapists with patient assessments and treatment plan design.

  • Strong adherence to regulatory policies, documentation standards, and patient privacy.

  • Experience implementing prescribed exercise programs and therapeutic activities.

  • Excellent patient and family education skills for home exercise programs and safety.

  • Ability to collaborate with clinical teams and adjust plans based on measurable results.

  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset, pursuing ongoing professional development.

  • Proactive in communicating progress to maintain high visibility and accountability.

  • On-site availability and capability to assist with scheduling, triage, and intake.
