Located inside of the Kingsbury Club and Spa (a dynamic and state-of-the-art gym (free membership for our PT staff!)), our vibrant physical therapy clinic offers an unparalleled workspace for passionate therapists and dedicated patients. The facility features a large turf area designed for functional training and return-to-sport activities, ensuring clients have the tools they need to achieve their goals. Beyond the turf, the gym boasts cutting-edge equipment and an expansive indoor-outdoor pool, making aquatic therapy an integral part of our diverse treatment offerings.

With a focus on treating a wide variety of diagnoses, our clinic fosters innovation, collaboration, and growth in a lively, supportive environment. It's a place where professionals can thrive while making a meaningful impact on their patients' lives. Many of the Kingston therapists serve as clinical instructors to physical therapy students completing their doctoral programs. The Kingston, Pembroke and Marshfield clinics collaborate often – team members have access to small group specialists for one-on-one training/mentoring in these areas: LSVT BIG, Dry Needling, Pelvic Health, Vestibular, TMJ, Pediatrics, and Aquatics.
