The Elms Center, a reputable skilled nursing facility in Milford, New Hampshire, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our exceptional team! Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Open Shifts;
Day Shift 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Role:
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents
• Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient progress and document conditions
• Assist residents with daily living activities and provide emotional support
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
What We're Looking For:
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
• Experience in long-term care is preferred, but not required
