EBP Audit Director | Dallas, TX | Hybrid

Location & Schedule: Hybrid | Dallas, TX — 3 days in office

Compensation: Up to $220K base + bonus

We're partnering with a growing public accounting firm is looking for an EBP Audit Director to join its expanding retirement plan audit practice. With over 250 EBP audits annually, this is an opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role with significant client exposure, team leadership, and room to grow. The firm is highly focused on technology, efficiency, and creative problem-solving, utilizing new technologies to streamline the audit process. This is a great fit for someone who is hungry for growth and wants to have a bigger impact than they may be able to in a larger firm.

• $180K–$220K base + up to 8% annual discretionary bonus

What you’ll do:

• Lead and oversee EBP audit engagements
• Manage client relationships and provide technical guidance
• Mentor and develop team members
• Help improve processes and leverage technology
• Partner with leadership as the EBP practice continues to grow

• CPA required
• Strong EBP audit experience
• Public accounting leadership experience
