About the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Role:
As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in our Weekend Program, providing high-quality care to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and performing vital signs
Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences
Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient care delivery

1 year of experience as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
Current LPN License
