Physical Therapy Tech
Job Description
Our medical office is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapy Tech to join our patient‑centered team. This role supports our Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant in providing high‑quality care to patients recovering from an injury
Full-time position Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m
Compensation:$20 -$25 hourly
Responsibilities:
Assist PT and PTA with patient treatment sessions
Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities
Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Document patient progress as directed
Support patient flow to ensure efficient daily operations
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, welcoming environment
Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Personal Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
Strong understanding of therapeutic exercise, body mechanics, and patient safety
Ability to follow clinical direction and assist with treatment plans
Professional, reliable, and compassionate communication with patients and staff
Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
