Position Details
- Full-time (40 hours per week), salaried position

Salary range: $80,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience
- Pediatric outpatient caseload, typically serving children and young adults ages 0–18
- Consistent weekday schedule
- Opportunity to develop specialty areas of interest, including sensory integration, feeding therapy, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and self-care
- Collaborative treatment planning with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and a registered dietitian

- Opportunities to mentor and support occupational therapy students, based on experience and interest
- 13,000+ sq. ft. pediatric therapy facility with multiple therapy gyms, a dedicated sensory gym, private treatment rooms, and outdoor therapy opportunities adjacent to a walking trail and sports park
- Access to a wide range of sensory integration equipment, feeding therapy resources, executive functioning tools, and specialized pediatric materials
- Collaborative team of occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and a registered nutritionist

- Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental delay, and other pediatric diagnoses
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Washington
- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in sensory integration and/or feeding therapy preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for providing engaging, child-centered, evidence-based care
- Interest in continued professional development and contributing to a positive team culture
