What This Job Actually Looks Like
- Balance Caseloads (Averaging 12-14 patients a day)
- Flexible schedule available due to expanded clinic hours
- Collaborative environment with direct access to leadership
- $80,000–$100,000 salary (based on experience)
- Bonus potential available the first year

- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapeutic exercise
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on continued care and home programs
- Document outcomes and communicate with the care team
- Accredited PT program graduate
- Up-to-date Florida PT license
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues
- Experience a plus but WE WILL TRAIN as long as you have an interest in balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting
- Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Prefer at least one year working in outpatient neurological or orthopedic center, or previous vestibular rehab experience
