FYZICAL is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic focused on patient-centered, balanced caseloads, and clinical autonomy. This role is ideal for PTs who want quality patient care without mill-style pressure.
What This Job Actually Looks Like

• Balance Caseloads (Averaging 12-14 patients a day)
• Flexible schedule available due to expanded clinic hours

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000–$100,000 salary (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapeutic exercise
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on continued care and home programs
• Document outcomes and communicate with the care team

Required Skills

• Accredited PT program graduate
• Up-to-date Florida PT license
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues
• Experience a plus but WE WILL TRAIN as long as you have an interest in balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting
• Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Prefer at least one year working in outpatient neurological or orthopedic center, or previous vestibular rehab experience
