About the Maintenance Tech Role:

• As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Performing daily rounds to identify and address any maintenance issues

  • Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems

  • Performing routine cleaning and organization of common areas and resident rooms

  • Assisting with housekeeping and linen services

  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
