What you'll do

• Transform specifications and blueprints into complete mechanical assemblies.
• Perform quality checks at each step to ensure standards are met.
• Use hand and power tools confidently and safely.
• Work with teammates to streamline steps and increase efficiency.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and safe.
• Record assembly activities and alert your supervisor to any issues.
• Take part in training sessions to broaden your assembly techniques.

What you bring to the bench

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus).
• Previous mechanical assembly or related experience preferred.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.
• Tool proficiency with both hand and power tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components.
• Openness to learning new processes and technologies.
