Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder / Mechanical Installer to join our team. In this position, you will interpret blueprints and drawings to accurately weld structural components and parts. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with great attention to detail and proven experience as a Welder.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Plan layout and measurements of structural components
- Interpret requirements to select the most appropriate welding equipment for the job
- Operate angle grinders, calipers, rulers, and other hand and power tools
- Use manual and semi-automatic welding equipment
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Welder
- Professional Certification (AWS welding certificate) is preferred
- Experience with a variety of welding equipment and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents and drawings
- Understanding of all health and safety guidelines
- Attention to detail
