Childcare

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Childcare Provider to join our team in Baraboo, WI. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow. You will engage children in age-appropriate activities, monitor their safety, and collaborate with parents to support each child's unique development. Hours are 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday. Helping with breaks and school-agers after school.

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children during all indoor and outdoor activities.
• Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate educational games, crafts, and playtime.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks while accommodating dietary restrictions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment for children and staff.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's daily progress and routines.

• Must be 18-years-old
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience working with children in a professional or structured setting.
• Active CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them quickly.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting process.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills tailored for children.

• Previous experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool.
• Knowledge of positive behavior intervention strategies.
