Heavy Equipment Diagnostics Technician (Shop)
Job Description
Picture your morning in our New Orleans rental facility: you clock in at 7:00 AM, open the T3 platform, and triage the day’s work orders. With real-time machine data from hundreds of makes and models, you pinpoint root causes fast, order parts without delay, and map out repairs that keep our customers building. By late morning you’re deep into a hydraulic issue on an earthmover, then mentoring a junior tech on electrical troubleshooting before documenting your work and coordinating a parts pickup.
