UChange Home Care is expanding our team and currently hiring Homemakers / Caregivers for in-home assignments in Joliet, IL. Job Title: Homemaker / Caregiver (Home Care) – Immediate Start
Service Location: Joliet, IL 60435
Schedule: Part-Time – 20–25 Hours Per Week
Pay: Starting at $17/hour (based on experience and client needs)

What You’ll Do

As a Homemaker / Caregiver, you may be responsible for:

• Helping clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Keeping the client’s home clean and safe
• Using a mobile app to clock in and document care
• Communicating effectively with our office team
• Maintaining dependable attendance and professional conduct

Our clients depend on consistent care, so showing up and following through are essential.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience (preferred)
• CNA or HHA certification (preferred but not required — training available for the right candidate)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Smartphone capable of handling care documentation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
