We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused Certified Medication Aide (CMA) / Medication Technician to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Hillsboro Texas.

• Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders and facility policies

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly

• Complete accurate medication and clinical documentation

• Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, residents, and families

• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures

• Provide compassionate, respectful care to all residents

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Current CMA / Medication Aide Certification recognized in the State of Texas

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting preferred

• Strong attention to detail and medication-safety practices

• Dependable, professional, and compassionate

• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

• Must meet all applicable Texas licensing and facility requirements
